I just got finished watching a film called Garbage Warrior on the Sundance Channel about Michael Reynolds and his career of developing and fighting for sustainable architecture he has named Earthship Biotecture. What a great documentary. Check out his website called Earthship.net
Here is an interior shot of one of the earthship designs. I could so get used to going home to that. Knowing I was off the grid sure would add to that pleasure. I really love the water/energy systems as well as the freedom of design. I’m hoping to end up in something like this before too long. Cheers to Michael for following his dream. The world could use a lot more like him.
